This means we can continue to monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, keep you connected and maintain all the services we provide to you.
Our entire staff complement are operating from their preferred lockdown locations while a rotational crew is looking after our infrastructure to ensure connectivity at this time. Our business is now operating virtually with various digital tools to assist us in being able to work remotely but still provide the same level of service you are accustomed to.
If you require any maintenance during this time, we are able to send one of our teams to assist while taking the necessary safety precautions. Every installation crew member is equipped with hand-sanitizer, gloves, masks and has been briefed on how to operate with health and safety measures in mind. When our teams arrive on your site, please keep safe distancing and observe all security precautions that you can. Be clear to indicate to the staff where there are issues. Only critical support can be handled on-site where there are other people. Please don’t ask staff to handle Non-essential tasks while they are there. This will endanger them, their families as well as yours.
